Joshua Gaglardi, founder and President of Orion Construction, spearheads the company's projects from inception to completion. With a deep industry understanding and a knack for overcoming the challenges of light industrial and commercial construction, Joshua excels in navigating the intricacies of each municipality to provide a tailored, fresh approach to every project.
His impressive portfolio boasts the successful negotiation of contracts exceeding $2 billion and the oversight of over seven million square feet of developments. Under Joshua's visionary leadership, Orion has rapidly become a market leader, ranking number one on The Globe and Mail Canada’s Top Growing Companies list in 2022 —a testament to the company's remarkable growth and success.

Myles brings a strong technical background, breadth of experience, and an incredible work ethic to every project. Starting on the job site at a young age, Myles has worked his way up through the ranks with some of the region's largest construction and development companies, completing over four million square feet of industrial, commercial, and institutional space throughout Western Canada.

With deep experience in construction and design, Braden applies his expertise to overseeing all projects through the design and permitting phases. Braden works closely with managers and staff while liaising with clients, client reps, and senior municipal staff to usher key projects through the challenging early stages. Braden also focuses on managing financing and invoicing, while mitigating risks that emerge during the preconstruction process.

Cameron comes to the Orion team with a diverse background. Over a decade in the construction industry gives him a wide range of experience to leverage. Starting out gaining a Redseal in Millwrighting that involved managing industrial projects, to a long tenure on the client relationship side of the business has allowed for unique perspectives that offer creative solutions for our clients.

Cameron Archer
Aiden brings to the Orion team an exceptional understanding of building multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, office complexes, and hotels in Canada and the USA. His vast experience over the last 20 years in the industry ensures a complete and measured approach, leading to successful project completion for the client.
Aiden is responsible for the project’s operations component, overseeing the construction plans review, tender process, construction development, contract negotiations, permits, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communications, as well as coordinating the project staff.
