MEC Tenant Improvement
Situated within the Pacific Corporate Centre, one of its buildings proudly houses MEC. MEC’s operational setup includes a continuous conveyor system spanning 1,150 feet, a three-level pick tower, and storage racking. The scope of work involved a 3,340 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement for office spaces and a 149,208 sq. ft. warehouse. Notably, our contributions included installing a demising wall and an exit corridor between Units #110 and #120, which facilitated MEC’s subleasing arrangement for this space to another tenant.
