A build to lease development for Canada Post Corporation, the 32,000 sq. ft. facility will have a Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) design certification, the first of its kind in Kelowna. Project completion is anticipated for Q1 2025.
