Largest industrial project underway in Mission

Orion Construction is building Mission’s largest-ever industrial development, the 400,000-square-foot Cade Barr Business Park, in partnership with developer Cedar Coast. Delivered in phases to help address Metro Vancouver’s industrial space shortage, the project represents a major expansion of Mission’s employment lands and is already seeing strong market demand, with more than 85 percent of Phase 1 pre-sold.
