Built-to-Suit headquarters for ML-Truck Equipment, the authorized BC dealer for HIAB articulating cranes, Moffett truck-mounted forklifts, and Multilift hooklifts. The facility features a 7-bay repair garage, offices, mezzanine space, and comprehensive amenities, including a lunchroom, boardroom, washrooms, and a first aid room. A key highlight is the advanced 2-crane rail system, designed for seamless horizontal and vertical movement, supporting operational efficiency and future flexibility.

Complex Site Coordination: Navigated significant offsite service upgrades, including two new lock block retaining walls, and coordinated access along a narrow residential road.
