Bridgeport Central will consist of two buildings totalling 242,251 sq. ft, and is our first project in Richmond, BC. The site is conveniently located near Highway 99, Highway 91, Vancouver International Airport, and the Deltaport container terminal, just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Given Richmond's well-established industrial and commercial areas, scarcity of developable land, and prime location, this will be a rare offering of large-scale new development.
