Nanak Foods is the foremost processor of authentic South Asian dairy-based foods in North America. Located in Surrey, this build-to-suit project comprises an expansive warehouse spanning an impressive 297,000 square feet, with 180,000 square feet exclusively dedicated to food processing, packaging, and cold storage. The layout features a generous second floor, complete with offices, a staff room, and a cafeteria. Notably, Nanak Foods is utilizing cutting-edge technology, including a heat recovery system and ice banks, to minimize gas and electricity consumption. The building will also house a recently established daycare center, catering to both Nanak employees and the surrounding community. This facility will be home to one of the largest Paneer manufacturing lines in the world.
