Bothwell-Accurate Tenant Improvement
Bothwell-Accurate, an Ontario-based company, engaged us for a build-to-suit project totalling over 99,000 sq. ft. in the Campbell Heights Business Park area of Surrey. This included tenant improvement services for over 24,000 sq. ft. of office space across two floors. The facility features open office stations, two boardrooms, a health and safety room, a gym, and more.
