Nestled in Surrey, BC's Coastal Heights Distribution Centre, Skechers proudly unveils its first Canadian Distribution Centre. Orion has crafted a transformative 425,000 sq. ft. facility with cutting-edge warehouse features, including material handling equipment stations, customized lighting, and safety adjustments. The space also houses a stylish 5,100 sq. ft. two-story office, complete with a reception area, boardroom, kitchen, lunchroom, offices, and workstations. Warehouse amenities cover 2,250 sq. ft., featuring well-designed washrooms, lockers, a first aid room, and a break room. Completing the setup is a 550 sq. ft. shipping office with a dedicated shipping/receiving area, trucker’s lobby, and washrooms. This integrated project positions Skechers for logistical success in the Canadian market.
