Outland Living Tenant Improvements

Surrey’s Campbell Heights Business Park will remain home for Outland Living, as they have now expanded into this brand-new distribution hub along 36th Ave as their head office and distribution centre for the near and long term. Showcasing their fire pits, tables, and outdoor recreation was the inspiration behind the Outland Living feel of the space for their Tenant Improvements project. The organization’s focus is its people and culture, which is accentuated within an expectational staff and games room. The lunch room on the second floor is well suited to accommodate large groups and gatherings. The materials were carefully selected to represent a bit of a cabin in the woods feel, with much of the open space area flooring being turf. Pulling this space together in unique wall paneling and millwork inlay features reflects a level of attention to detail that is above and beyond.
