Orion was bursting at the seams when the opportunity to expand its office footprint came in the form of West 200. This project was designed and delivered in line with base building occupancy. This 6300 square foot space focuses on employee satisfaction with a personal gym, outdoor kitchen, gaming center, and a full-service bar.
