North Country Tire Tenant Improvement
North Country Tire (NCT), a leading wholesale tire distributor with multiple locations across Western Canada, has established its newest distribution center in Building A of our Silver Stream base building project, completed in Q1 2024. Spanning over 65,000 sq. ft., NCT's facility includes a spacious warehouse for tire storage and dedicated office space. This tenant improvement project also incorporated customized F2 fire assembly measures and upgraded sprinkler systems to meet the safety requirements for highly flammable materials.
