Holland Imports Tenant Improvements
Located on an eight-acre site in Chilliwack's Yarrow neighborhood, Holland Imports’ 175,000 sq. ft. facility features a 36-foot clear warehouse and a 4,500 sq. ft. office built by Orion Construction. The warehouse includes five offices for shipping staff, a full washroom, and a first-aid facility. The two-story office comprises two boardrooms, a large lunchroom, closed and open office spaces, a server room, and a staff change room. Orion also managed the design and installation of racking to optimize the warehouse's 36-foot clearance.
