Coastal Heights Distribution Centre
At 428,000 square feet, this project provided some much-required light industrial lease space in the Campbell Heights business park in Surrey, BC. It was built to the highest specifications, with clear heights of 36 feet in the warehouse and many design features that promote sustainability in the local region. The project is now home to the Skechers’ first Distribution Centre in Canada.
