Advanced Material Handling Tenant Improvement
A build-to-suit (BTS) development, this is a 40,976 sq. ft. finished warehouse facility for Advanced Material Handling completed for steel manufacturing equipment with 4,500 sq. ft. of office space and racking in the warehouse area. The tenant improvement component included 2 overhead cranes, many 10 wall-mounted jib cranes, exhaust and extraction systems that supported 6 welding bays, a material storage warehouse, and a machine shop.
